Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use pilates6studio.pl, why, for how long, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Monika Julianów, running Pilates Studio 6, ul. Henryka Probusa 6/4a, 50-242 Wrocław, Poland. Contact for data protection matters: e-mail pilatesstudiohosting@gmail.com.

2. What data we process and why

Using the website

Each time you visit the website, the server records technical connection data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. We do this to run the website, keep it secure and detect abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact and booking sessions

The website has no forms. If you contact us by phone, text message, e-mail, Instagram or Facebook, we process the data you give us (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address, message content) to reply and book sessions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Instagram and Facebook process data under the rules of their operator, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Visitor statistics - Google Analytics

Only after you consent in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the website and which pages they view (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes, among other things, a shortened IP address, device and browser information and how the website is used. We do not combine this data with other data about you or use it for advertising. Statistics are kept for 14 months.

The Google map loads only after you consent to cookies or click "Show map" (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Once the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.

3. Cookies

  • pilates-studio-6-session, XSRF-TOKEN - Necessary: website operation and protection against abuse (e.g. forged requests) (2 hours)

  • lang - Necessary: remembers your chosen language (only after you switch language) (until deleted)

  • consent - Necessary: remembers your cookie banner choice (6 months)

  • cf_clearance, __cf_bm - Necessary: Cloudflare security (protection against bots and attacks); set only when needed (up to 1 year)

  • ga, ga_* - Google Analytics statistics - only with your consent (up to 2 years)

  • Google Maps cookies - Map operation - only with your consent or after loading the map (set by Google)

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Who receives the data

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - the server that runs the website.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - speeding up and protecting the website; all traffic to the website passes through Cloudflare's network.

  • BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia) - website fonts (Bunny Fonts), served from servers in the EU.

  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA) - Google Analytics and Google Maps, only with your consent.

Some of these companies are based in the USA. Data transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

  • Server logs - up to a few weeks, unless needed to investigate abuse.

  • Website backups - 30 days.

  • Google Analytics data - 14 months.

  • Correspondence - as long as needed to handle your matter and for accounting, then until any claims become time-barred.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to pilatesstudiohosting@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

Providing data is voluntary. We do not make automated decisions or profile users.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, e.g. when the services used on the website change. The current version is always available on this page.
